  1. 3.1The Board will determine whether to grant an interpretation, a special exception or a variance to Section 12 Subsection 11:01:04 “Side Yard Building Setbacks” of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.  Scott & Lauren Sicinski filed an appeal for the property at 1326 Ridgeley Drive requesting the city allow the side setback to be 10 feet where Ordinance states 25 feet for a side facing Wirt Road or Westview Drive.
