  2. B.2030 goal of reducing carbon emissions by 80%:  There are only five years before this threshold is reached, does the board want to take additional action or change strategy? 

  3. C.Gap in carbon reduction funding in the Water & Sewer Fund. The General Fund dedicates the equivalent of two cents on the tax rate, there is no comparable funding source or earmarking in the Water & Sewer Fund to pay for carbon reduction efforts. Discuss and provide directions to staff.
