  2. B.Approve and authorize the Town Manager to execute Work Authorization No. 2 with Hazen and Sawyer to rehabilitate Lift Station No. 2.

  3. C.Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with Green Facility, Inc. in an amount of $58,743.96 for janitorial services in accordance with Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-001.
