    A Resolution of the Town Commission of the Town of Highland Beach, Florida, amending Resolution No. 2025-023, which appropriate funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget; providing for an amendment ot the General Fund (Fund 001) to complete the Library Roof Replacement Project as identified in the approved Capital Improvement Plan; providing for findings; and providing for an effective date.
