  1. A.Approve and authorize the Public Works Director to repair the pump at Lift Station One in the amount of $29,420.00 by Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc.

  2. B.Approve and authorize a cooperative purchase for Graybar to supply and install nine (9) new VFDs for the Water Treatment Plant's SCADA system.

  3. C.Approve and authorize an emergency procurement to purchase two (2) Hitachi submersible motors from Sun-Star Electric Inc. for the Water Treatment Plant.

  4. D.Approve and authorize an emergency procurement for Pantropic Power to replace the main generator's radiator and repair the fuel tank.
