  1. A.Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement between the Town and South Florida Engineering Services, Inc., to provide ongoing engineering consulting services.

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-002

    A Resolution of the Town Commission of the Town of Highland Beach, Florida approving an application for financial assistance under the Florida Inland Navigation District Waterways Assistance Program and providing the required certifications and assurances; and providing for an effective date.

  3. C.Resolution No. 2026-003

    A Resolution of the Town Commission of the Town of Highland Beach, Florida, amending Resolution No. 2025-024 to revise Exhibit "C" of the fiscal year 2025-2026 Schedule of Fees establishing fees and charges for the Town services; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
