281. Resolution that the Town Board hereby authorizes the purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse in the not to exceed amount of $43,998.60 from DeNooyer.
Resolution that the Town Board authorizes the Water Department to purchase a 2026 Chevrolet Traverse from DeNooyer in the not to exceed amount of $43,998.60, pursuant to Franklin County Contract 25-1029-1 and to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute any documentation necessary to effectuate the purchases, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.

Resolution that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with PaintCare New York, LLC, to comply with the New York Postconsumer Paint Collection Program and hereby authorizes the Supervisor to execute said agreement, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
