AN EVENING IN THE UNLIMITED GARDEN FUNRAISER EVENT: Saratoga County Suicide Prevention and Awareness Program in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County will host this event on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 556 Middleline Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020, with cocktails, mocktails, and appetizers along with a garden tour from 6 pm to 7 pm. Dinner will be served at 7 pm. Price per ticket is $70.00 and includes dinner and a drink. Resolution that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies to provide e-check services for the Water Department in accordance with the proposal submitted by Tyler Technologies for e-checks at no cost to the Town, utilizing the software system currently utilized by the Water Department, and hereby authorizes the Supervisor to execute said agreement, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
