Resolution that the Superintendent of Water & Building Maintenance Supervisor has determined that a 2007 Komatsu WA65-5-wheel loader with bucket and pallet forks, owned by the Town of Halfmoon, is equipment that should be sold or otherwise disposed of on Auctions International as they are no longer of use to the Town, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.

Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Barton & Loguidice to provide engineering services associated with surveying and preliminary design services for the Champlain Canalway Trail and Pedestrian Bridge Project consistent with the proposal submitted by Barton and Loguidice dated November 18, 2024, in the not to exceed amount of $33,800.00 and to authorize the Supervisor to sign any agreements and any documentation necessary to complete the work, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
