329. Resolution to enter into an agreement with New Country Toyota of Clifton Park.
Resolution that the Town Board of the Town of Halfmoon hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into an agreement with New Country Toyota of Clifton Park for the purchase of a 2026 Toyota Sienna VIN # 5TDKRKEC7TTS293927 utilizing the previous bid award to New Country Toyota of Clifton Park in the not to exceed amount of $37,350.25 and authorizes the Supervisor to execute any and all necessary documents to effectuate the purchase, subject to the review and approval of the Town Attorney.
