Mayor Arthur W. Bryant has called a meeting of the Construction Committee, for Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:15 PM. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers/Municipal Court Room of the Municipal Building, 20025 Mack Plaza Dr., Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236 and is accessible through the Municipal Court doors. In accordance with Public Act 267, the meeting is open to the public and the agenda items are as follows:
1) Draft Proposed FYE 2027 Construction Projects (Updated 11/03/25)
2) Pavement Condition Ratings Map
3) Sanitary Sewer Rehab Recommendations Map
4) Water Main Inventory Map
We welcome comments from residents. If you wish to speak, please state your name and address. You will have a maximum of three (3) minutes to address the City Council. City Council members will listen to your concerns, but will not answer questions.
