12.EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO C.R.S § 24-6-402(4)(e) FOR THE PURPOSES OF DETERMINING POSITIONS RELATIVE TO MATTERS THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATIONS, DEVELOPING STRATEGY FOR NEGOTIATION, ANE/OR INSTRUCTING NEGOTIATORS AND  ALSO PURSUANT TO C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a) TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE ACQUISITION OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. THE MATTER TO BE DISCUSSED IS THE ARTSPACE PROJECT, POTENTIAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CONTRACT.
