I would entertain a motion to enter into executive session to discuss Personnel and Attorney- Environmental Court which premature disclosure or discussion may be detrimental to the board in itself and/or individuals involved. 

I move that we enter into executive session to discuss Personnel and Attorney- Environmental Court with (state names of attendees) under the provisions of Title 1, Section 313(a)(1)(E) and (a)(3) of the Vermont Statutes. (State Time.)
