I would entertain a motion to enter into executive session to discuss Trustee Vacancy Candidates which premature disclosure or discussion may be detrimental to the board in itself and/or individuals involved. 

I move that we enter into executive session to discuss Trustee Vacancy Candidates with (state names of attendees) under the provisions of Title 1, Section 313 of the Vermont Statutes. (State Time.)
