A.PC 26-09 Major Subdivision | Shaker Farms - 5764 Shaker Road (Parcel 0835200006) Corner of Shaker Road and Manchester Road  - The applicant, Mark Connor, Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. is requesting planning commission approval of the final record plan for Phase One of the proposed subdivision Shaker Farms. The Final Planned Unit Development Plan and Preliminary Plat were approved by Planning Commission on July 9, 2025. This final plat creates 22 residential lots.

D.PC 26-12 Major Site Plan Application | 0 Shaker Road, Parcel #0836451007 - Suburban Accessories - The  applicant, Bunnell Hill Construction, is requesting approval of a major site plan for the construction of a 121,000 square foot distribution center located on Parcel #0836451007 within the I-2 General Industrial District.
