1. A.PC 26-09 Major Subdivision | Shaker Farms - 5764 Shaker Road (Parcel 0835200006) Corner of Shaker Road and Manchester Road  - The applicant, Mark Connor, Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. is requesting planning commission approval of the final record plan for Phase One of the proposed subdivision Shaker Farms. The Final Planned Unit Development Plan and Preliminary Plat were approved by Planning Commission on July 9, 2025. This final plat creates 22 residential lots.

B.PC 26-10 Conditional Use Application - Religious and Cultural Facilities | 1455 E Second Street - City Hope Church - The applicant, City Hope Church, is requesting conditional use approval for a religious and cultural facility located at 1455 E. Second Street. Religious and Cultural Facilities are conditional in the C-1 General Commercial District. 

3. C.PC 26-11 Major Site Plan Application | Parcel #0836428023 - American Roofing & Metal - The applicant, RDA Group Architects c/o Jonathan Schaaf, is requesting approval of a major site plan for the construction of an 18,000 square foot fabrication shop located on Parcel #0836428023.

D.PC 26-12 Major Site Plan Application | 0 Shaker Road, Parcel #0836451007 - Suburban Accessories - The  applicant, Bunnell Hill Construction, is requesting approval of a major site plan for the construction of a 121,000 square foot distribution center located on Parcel #0836451007 within the I-2 General Industrial District.
