C)TRANSLATING COMMUNITY NEEDS INTO COUNCIL PRIORITIES - 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Each Councilmember shares out their priority ideas with an opportunity to ask each other questions.

D)LUNCH - 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM

E)BUILDING OUR COLLECTIVE ROADMAP - 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM

Councilmembers will work together to cluster and narrow down priorities for Day 2.

F)WRAP UP AND NEXT STEPS - 4:15 PM- 4:30 PM
