  1. 1.Consideration for Approval of the Minutes of May 28, 2026, Urban Renewal Authority Board Regular Meeting and Minutes of the June 4, 2026 Urban Renewal Authority Board Special Meeting.

    The purpose of this item is to consider the approval of minutes of May 28, 2026, and the June 4, 2026 Draft meeting Minutes Urban Renewal Authority Board Regular Meeting.

  2. 2.Public Hearing and Resolution No. 166 to Approve a supplemental Budget Resolution, and a Redevelopment Agreement in support of improvements to the property at 1505 North College Avenue.

    The purpose of this item is to consider a Redevelopment and Reimbursement Agreement (Exhibit A) to provide grant funding for facade, infrastructure, and community use improvements at 1505 North College Ave. (“Project”). Additionally, the resolution considers a supplemental budget appropriation of $285,000.

  3. 3.Public Hearing and Resolution No. 167 to Approve a supplemental Budget Resolution to Provide Local Grant Match Funds in Support of Transit Oriented Development Planning Around the Proposed Front Range Passenger Rail Station

    The purpose of this item is to consider a resolution authorizing a supplemental budget appropriation of $50,000, funded through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) revenues from active Urban Renewal Plan areas, to support the City of Fort Collins’ application to the Federal Transit Administration’s Pilot Program for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Planning.
