Members of the public are entitled to address the City Council concerning any item within the Folsom City Council's subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are generally limited to no more than three minutes. Except for certain specific exceptions, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

ii. Ordinance No. 1357 - An Ordinance of the City of Folsom Amending Section 17.06.030 and Adding Section 17.06.045 to Chapter 17.06 "Design Review", of the Folsom Municipal Code Regarding Objective Development and Design Standards and Establishing a Ministerial Review Process (Introduction and First Reading)

i. Resolution No. 11487 – A Resolution Approving the Folsom Plan Area Neighborhood Park #1 (Located on the Northwest Corner of Mangini Parkway and Empire Ranch Road) Capital Improvement Project, and Appropriation of $706,614 in Funds in the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan Capital Fund (Fund 472)
ii. Resolution No.11488 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Design Consulting Services Agreement with Wilson Design Studio for the Neighborhood Park #1 Project for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $450,130 from Funds in the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan Capital Fund (Fund 472)
