• 7.Resolution No. 11486 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Construction Change Order No. 2 with B&M Civil LLC in the amount of $14,527 for the Glenn Drive and School Street Intersection Improvements Project, Project No. 2409, from the SB1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Fund (Fund 235) and the Community Development Block Grant Fund (Fund 201)

• 8.Resolution No. 11489 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Design and Engineering Consultant Services Agreement with Bennett Engineering Services, Inc. for the Central Business District Storm Drain Realignment Project Phase 1 in the amount of $142,924 from the SB1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Fund (Fund 235), and Appropriation of Funds

• 9.Resolution No. 11490 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with LEED Mechanical Inc.  for the Replacement of the Existing 9 Roof-Top HVAC Units at the Folsom Public Library, 411 Stafford Street, for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $305,703 from the Capital Facilities Fund (Fund 602)

• 10.Resolution No. 11491 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Capra Environmental Services for Shaded Fuel Break Creation and Ladder Fuel Removal (Project # 8131) and use of Fund 010 (General Fund), Fund 204 (Los Cerros), Fund 215 (Prairie Oaks Ranch No. 2), Fund 210 (Broadstone 1 & 2), Fund 266 (Broadstone No. 3) and Fund 207 (Natoma Station) for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $213,336.50

  i. Resolution No. 11487 – A Resolution Approving the Folsom Plan Area Neighborhood Park #1 (Located on the Northwest Corner of Mangini Parkway and Empire Ranch Road) Capital Improvement Project, and Appropriation of $706,614 in Funds in the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan Capital Fund (Fund 472)

  ii. Resolution No.11488 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Design Consulting Services Agreement with Wilson Design Studio for the Neighborhood Park #1 Project for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $450,130 from Funds in the Folsom Plan Area Specific Plan Capital Fund (Fund 472)

• 15.Resolution No. 11492- A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Accept a Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) Grant offered by the State of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the Amount of $173,500 to Reduce and Mitigate the Impacts of Impaired Driving, Distracted Driving, Seat Belt Enforcement, Purchase a Police Motorcycle and Appropriation of Funds in the General Grants Fund (Fund 012)

• 16.Resolution No. 11493 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Construction Change Order No. 2 with Mozingo Construction in the Amount of $550,000 for the Phase 2 Water Improvements Project (Phase 2A) for Additional Paving Work on Iron Point Road and Appropriation of $450,000 from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Fund (Fund 235)
