• 4.Resolution No. 11748 – A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with R3 Consulting Group, Inc. for $179,150 from the Solid Waste Operating Fund (Fund 540) for the Solid Waste Rate Study and Appropriation of Funds

• 8.Ordinance No. 1380 - An Ordinance of the City of Folsom for the Repeal and Re-enactment of Chapter 10.40 of the Folsom Municipal Code Regarding E-bikes and E-conveyances (Second Reading and Adoption)

NEW BUSINESS:

• 9.Authorize the City Manager to Execute Two Separate Sponsorship Agreements with Dignity Health and Western Health Advantage Totaling $1,000,000 to Fund Capital Improvements to Amenities at Econome Family Park, 1900 Parkway Drive, Steve Miklos Aquatic Center 1200 Riley Street and Andy Morin Sports Complex, 66 Clarksville Road in Folsom, California
