  1. a.Resolution 20245-15,  a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida determining the date and time of adjournment Sine Die of the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida; providing for conflict and providing and effective date.

  2. b.Swearing in Mayor King.

  3. c.Swearing in Commissioner Cooley.

  4. d.Resolution 2024-16, a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida appointing ______________, as Chairman of the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida; providing for conflict and effective date.

  5. e.Resolution 2024-17, a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida appointing ______________________________ as Vice-Chairman of the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida; providing for conflict and effective date.

  6. f.Resolution 2024-18, a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, designating signatories for the bank accounts at Florida Prime, Florida Municipal Investment Trust and Truist Bank, providing how said funds may be withdrawn; providing for conflict and effective date.

  7. g.Appoint Elected Officials to Various Boards and Committees to serve as City’s Representative.

  8. h.Resolution 2024-19, a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida; declaring the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, is duly organized and ready to transact any business that would properly come before it; providing for conflict and effective date.
