  4. d.Resolution 2025-25. A resolution by the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, appointing _____________________ as Chairman of the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida; providing for conflict and effective date.

  5. e.Nominations for Vice-Chairman.

  6. f.Resolution 2025-26.  A Resolution by the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, appointing _________________________as Vice-Chairman of the City Commission of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida providing for conflict and effective date.

  7. g.Resolution 2025-27. A Resolution by the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, designating signatories for the bank accounts at Florida Prime, Florida Municipal Investment Trust, PNC and Truist Bank; providing for conflict and effective date.

  8. h.Resolution 2025-28. A Resolution by the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, declaring the City Commission is duly organized and ready to transact any business that would properly come before it; providing for conflict and effective date.
