1.CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2.EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council for the City of Eden has the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matter as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices, and 551.086 (Economic Development).

3.CONSENT ITEMS

The following items may be acted upon in one motion. No separate discussion or action is necessary unless requested by a Council Member, in which event those items will be pulled from the consent agenda for separate consideration.

4.BUSINESS

Consideration and Possible Action On:

  1. A.Discussion and possible approval of proposal For additional funds of $5500 for The Creek to complete the green project at Concho Springs Golf Course

  2. B.Discussion and possible approval of proposal for The Creek to provide long term care to the greens at Concho Springs Golf Course

  3. C.Consideration and approval for the Mayor to sign the contract with the Eden Echo designating it as the official newspaper for the city of Eden

  4. D.Consider an act upon correcting the previously proposed 2023 tax rate and setting times and dates for public hearings

  5. E.Discussion of and possible action on reimbursement to Dan Olin for purchases made for Concho Springs Golf Course

  6. F.Discussion of and possible action on maintenance of sprinkler heads at Concho Springs Golf Course

  7. G.Discussion of and possible action to advertise the City Administrator Assistant position

  8. H.Discussion of and possible action to advertise the City Park position
