4.EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council for the City of Eden has the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matter as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices, and 551.086 (Economic Development).

A.Approval of a Resolution finding that AEP Texas Inc.’s application to amend its distribution cost recovery factors to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; authorizing participation with the cities served by AEP Texas, Inc.; authorizing hiring of legal counsel; finding that the City's reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the company and legal counsel
