1.CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2.EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council for the City of Eden has the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matter as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices, and 551.086 (Economic Development).

3.BUSINESS

Consideration and Possible Action On:

  1. A.Consideration of Application from the Eden Economic Development Corporation for a Zone Change from “A” Single-Family Residential District  to “B” Multi-Family Residential District to create apartment-style residences inside of the old Methodist Church Building and move application to the Zoning Board for the following property:

    4 E. Bryan Street, .733 Acres in Lot 3, Block 4, Drinkard Addition, Eden, Concho County, TX

  2. B.Discuss Solid Waste Collection and consideration of a Republic Services Solid Waste Collection 5-Year Contract Term Extension Offer from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2028, which includes no annual rate increases for the first two years and an annual fixed 3% rate increase for years 3-5

  3. C.Discuss and Consider a request from the Eden Cemetery Committee to submit a Historic Texas Cemetery Request for Designation for Eden Cemetery

  4. D.Updates and possible action regarding Management, Maintenance, and Funding of Golf Course, to include consideration of electrical estimates for the check valve
