1.CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

2.EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council for the City of Eden has the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any matter as authorized by Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices, and 551.086 (Economic Development).

3.BUSINESS

Consideration and Possible Action On:

1. A.Consider and act upon resignation of City Secretary / City Administrator including any possible action concerning transition agreement with said employee

2. B.Discussion and possible action regarding advertising for City Secretary position and/or City Administrator position or a combination of both

3. C.Discussion and possible action regarding the creation of a selection committee for reviewing applicants for the vacancies for the City Secretary and City Administrator positions, or a combination of both

4.ADJOURN
