8.EXECUTIVE SESSION

  1. A.Reconvene in Open Session to consider and take action, if any, on items discussed in closed session

B.2026-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDEN, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SIXTH AND FINAL PAY APPLICATION FOR THE USDA SOUTH WATER SYSTEM AND SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; ACCEPTING AND APPROVING ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE CLOSING OF THE TWO CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS; SETTLING AND ALL OUTSTANDING MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROJECTS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

  3. C.Ordinance No. 2026- 25 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN, TEXAS ADOPTING REGULATIONS FOR MOBILE VENDORS; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; ESTABLISHING FRANCHISE REQUIREMENTS; ESTABLISHING LOCATION RESTRICTIONS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE

  4. D.Ordinance 2026-27 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MEDDERS, PAINT ROCK AND BLANCHARD ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2026, FOR THE EDEN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE GOLF CART PARADE CONDUCTED AS PART OF CITY OF EDEN FALL FESTIVAL.  

  5. E.Ordinance 2026-28 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF JACKSON, SANTA FE, BLANCHARD AND PAINT ROCK STREETS ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2026, FOR THE CITY OF EDEN FALL FESTIVAL.

  6. F.Concho Valley Community Supervision and Corrections Department Community Re-Enrichment Work Program Contractual Agreement renewal, to include approval for Mayor Rodgers to sign the agreement.
