The information presented is intended to assist officials in understanding the policy and procedures of the Town of Eatonville to include best practices in the decision-making process. **There will be no voting matters during this meeting**
Sunshine Meetings are meetings of two or more members of the Town Council Member and Board Members gathering to discuss a topic that might possibly be voted on in the future. Florida’s Government-in-the-Sunshine law requires that there be a public record of that discussion. The Sunshine law requires that:

Reasonable advance notice of such meetings be given
Minutes of the meeting must be taken.

Any person who desires to appeal any decision made at this meeting will need a verbatim record of the proceedings and for this purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based – per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
