• 2.Property at 506 Pear Street. A Request has been made for a Variance from the requirements of Zoning Ordinance, Article 5 §1.114, as associated with a proposed above-ground swimming pool. The Variance Request seeks a reduction of the minimum setback from 15 feet to 10 feet from the side property line for the edge of the water containment portion of the swimming pool.
