State Street - Referral by the City Planner to the Historic District Commission for Review of Architectural Review Certification for a Fence Permit #23-1868. The project involves a 6-foot vinyl fence to the rear of the property spanning from the fence at the northern adjacent property along the parking lot to the south side adjacent property fence with 2 pedestrian gates. Additionally, there is a 6-foot vinyl fence segment between the northern adjacent property fence and the building with a pedestrian gate.
