Loockerman Street - Referral by the City Planner to the Historic District Commission for Review of Architectural Review Certification for Sign Permit #23-1462. The Permit proposes four (4) Window Signs totaling 258.75 square feet across four storefront window sections for two business tenants in the building. The property is zoned C-2 (Central Commercial Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone). It is located on the south side of West Loockerman Street opposite the intersection with South Bradford Street.
