• 4.HI-26-03 Referral of Fence Permit #26-1225 at 103 S. Governors Avenue - Review of Architectural Review Certification as Referred by the City Planner to the Historic District Commission for a Fence Permit #26-1225. The project proposes a 6-foot black ornamental metal fence for the Parking Lots on a series of properties fronting on South Governors Avenue, W. Reed Street, and South Bradford Street associated with the Dover Fire Department Station #1. The properties are zoned C-2 (Central Commercial Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone). The owner of record is Robbins Hose Co. Property Addresses: 103 S. Governors Avenue, 116 S. Bradford Street and other unaddressed parcels. • 5.HI-26-04 Referral of Fence Permit #26-1250 at 46 S Bradford Street - Review of Architectural Review Certification as Referred by the City Planner to the Historic District Commission for a Fence Permit #26-1250. The project proposes a 6-foot black-coated chain link fence for the mechanical equipment being placed on the property on the northern side yard of a property associated with the People’s Church at 46 S Bradford Street. Property is zoned RG-1 (General Residence Zone) and subject to the H (Historic District Zone). The owner of record is Peoples Congregation Church. Property Address: 46 S Bradford Street.
