   Motion to adopt resolution 17-2026, authorizing the sale of the applicable portion of City-owned property at 415 Wiley Road to the Saugatuck Township Fire District for $600,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the Commercial Buy and Sell Agreement, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all necessary documents to complete the transaction. - roll call vote
