    Motion to approve the special event request from the Downtown Development Authority for the September 26, 2026, MI Downtown Day Event. - roll call vote

  2. B.Michigan Municipal League (MML) Annual Convention - Designation of Voting Delegate (L. Nocerini)

    Motion to designate               as the City of the Village of Douglas official voting delegate for the MML 2026 Annual Meeting and to designate               as the alternate voting delegate, and to authorize staff to submit the designation to the MML. - roll call vote

  3. C.Noise Ordinance Amendments - First Read (No Action) (S. Homyen)

  4. D.Tower Harbor Association - Well Request for Irrigation (S. Homyen)

    Motion to approve the well to be constructed near 374 Mariners Cove for the Tower Harbor Condominium Association, subject to approval by the Allegan County Health Department, and based on the finding that the well will be used only for irrigation purposes, will remain independent from the municipal water system, and will not create a cross-connection. - roll call vote
