Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Douglas will hold a REGULAR MEETING at 6:00 p.m., on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2026, at City Hall Council Chamber, 425 Tenth Street, Douglas, AZ 85607.

Meetings are open to the public. Council members may attend in person or by phone. The Council may vote to enter an Executive Session for any agenda item, per A.R.S. §38-431.03. Executive Sessions are not open to the public.

The agenda will be available at least 24 hours in advance at the City Clerk's Office, 425 Tenth Street. Consent Agenda Items are reviewed by Council Members in advance. Unless an item is removed for discussion, all items will be approved collectively without debate.

B.SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 25-1223, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Council of the City of Douglas, Cochise County, Arizona, AUTHORIZING the EXECUTION of a PROPERTY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT with the DOUGLAS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 27, for sections of real property, identified as the DOUGLAS AQUATIC CENTER, the OLD SEGREGATED HISTORIC SCHOOL and OTHER VACANT LAND PARCELS in exchange for sections of real property identified as the ARMANDO DE LUCAS FOOTBALL and COPPER KING BASEBALL STADIUMS; Establishing severability of components of ordinance; and establishing an effective date thereof.
