  1. Dr. Kathleen Miller - Gretna Green Festival Would like approval to close Main Street West Alexander from Liberty Street to Broad Street from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

  2. Tap In Application Jason & Crystal Barr - 140 Old National Pike West Alexander, PA  15376

  3. Tap In Application - James Thomas Barr II  136 Old National Pike West Alexander, PA  15376.

  4. Water & Sewer Authority

  5. Emergency Response Coordinator - Received a letter of Resignation from Zack Prescott.

  6. Group Leader Position 

  7. John Leech - Hiring of John Leech to assist in the Lead and Copper Line Inventory as a Temporary Employee at  a rate of $17.00 per hour.

  8. 2A Material - Approve purchase of 2A Material through the Washington County Joint Municipal Purchasing Program.  The cost is $29.63 per ton delivered.

  9. 15 inch Smooth Bore Pipe

  10. Hydraulic Oil - Approve Purchase

  11. Motor Oil - Approve Purchase.

  12. Dirt & Gravel Project(s) - Jason Fillhart from the Washington County Conservation District would like to meet with the Township on June 5, 2024 to discuss any projects we may want to do.

  13. Liquid Fuels Audit - Per the January 2021 to December 2022 audit the Township needs to pay back to the Liquid Fuels Fund $51,322.83.

  14. Audio Taping Policy from August 2000.

  15. Amend Resolution #2023-5 Right-To-Know Records Review Policy:

    Section 4 - Fee Schedule to remove the following:

    CD's $1.00

    DVD of Meetings $10.00

    Thumb Drive of Meetings $10.00 plus the cost of the drive

    also add language that reads we will not accept Anonymous Requests or Third Party Request.

  16. Bridge Inspection - Old National Pike due by July 2024.  Approve having PennDOT or a Third Party perform this inspection which ever is less expensive.

  17. Master Meter and Master Low Meter - approve updating the meter heads at a fee of $905.00

  18. MarkWest Liberty Midstream - Motion to release the Waynesburg Road Bond and return their escrow fees less any amount owed to the Township.
