1. a.Received the following quotes for the dumpsters for Clean Up Days:

   Newmans Landscaping                     $2,500.00

   Waste Management                          $3,321.40

   Republic Services                             $3,665.76                   

18.NEW BUSINESS:

1. a.  Approve the Vorum Subdivision - Cunningham Road

2. b.  Street Light Upgrades (LED Lighting) - Cost to upgrade the lights on the West Road Street Light                Bill is  $3,752.65

   (FYI) There will be a second quote coming for the lights on the Highland Road Street Light Bill

3. c.  The following is a quote for Donegal Township Pump Station Communications from Excel Fluid             Group LLC:

   Pump Portal/Cellular Service is $2,042.00 each pump station. Thereafter, subscriptions for the cellular service and maintenance of the Pump Portal would be $595.00 per pump station per year

   Loop Pump Station - first year's subscription already paid, included in the design and cost upgrade.  Annual subscription is $595.00

   McAdoo Pump Station -  first year's subscription already paid, included in the design and cost of proposed McAdoo Pump Station.  Annual subscription is $595.00

   Tunnel Street Pump Station - Communications equipment and the first year's subscription is $2,042.00. Annual subscriptions is $595.00

   WWTP - Communications equipment and the first year's subscription is $2,042.00. Annual subscriptions is $595.00

   Installation by an electrical contractor would be an additional cost. Start up and training are included in the cost.

4. d.  MarkWest Liberty is asking for their bond for Sheperd Road to be released

5. e.  Approval of SWM Heavy Haul Agreement and Road Use Bonding Agreement for Ebbert Road an             Main Road.

   Harshman CE Group performed the video and review of Ebbert Rd - No repairs or improvements are recommended at this time.  The road should be continually monitored.

6. f.  Coen Law Group - Proposal to review/update the Cable Franchise Agreement at a cost of                           $7,900.00 payable in three installments if approved.

7. g.  Wheeling Water Contract

19.DISCUSSION (ACTION) ITEMS:

1. a.(FYI) - LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors have applied for a construction permit extension from PA DEP for construction of the Highland Avenue Booster Station

2. b.(FYI) - SWN Water Resources Company LLC will submit to PA DEP a Chapter 105 General Permit Registration for the Shorts to McMurray Water Line Project

3. c.(FYI) - CNX Gas Company LLC is applying to the PA DEP for permits to Drill and Operate Gas Wells, inside, adjacent or within 3000' of the Township
