Reuse Water Storage Facility.
Site Location - Beginning near the intersection of Pogue Road and Dry Ridge Road following south along Dry Ridge Road until the intersection of Ealy Road. Ealy Road to the east until it intersects with Lake Road. This is all within West Penn Powers existing right of way.
Once to Lake Road, West Penn Power is proposing a new ROW and structures following Lake Road south from Ealy Road to Hicks Road.
