III.PUBLIC HEARING

1. 5.Review proposed Future Land Use Map Amendment for a parcel of land located along the east side of State Highway 23, south of Compassion Way and north of Brennan Road. Public hearing on future land use map changes in the City's Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment would adjust land use boundaries to better reflect existing conditions and also to include planned residential, commercial and industrial uses within the property.
