3.Consideration of moving into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for the purposes of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Committee has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and for the purposes of deliberating public business which for competitive reasons requires a closed session, specifically to consider potential changes to compensation for the acting zoning administrator/building inspector, and to consider changes to the City’s bargaining proposal to the police union.
