VI.CLOSED SESSION

Stat. secs. 19.85(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) for the purposes of deliberation concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the Common Council; considering licensing of any person licensed by the Common Council; considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Common Council has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and considering social or personal histories of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories, specifically for:

        - Hearing evidence of T. Brown's rehabilitation and fitness to hold an Operator's License and related deliberations (Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(a), (b), and (f)). 

        - Discussion of performance and compensation for Assistant Director of Public Works and general staff position.
