2.Consideration of adjourning to Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec 19.85(1)(c), which permits convening in closed session for the consideration of employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Commission has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility for he purposes of conducting Police Lieutenant interviews and for possible discussion and action on preparing/establishing an eligibility list for the Police Lieutenant Position.
