V.PUBLIC COMMENT: Citizen or delegations presentations, requests or comments and discussion of same, pursuant to Wis. Stat. Secs. 19.83(2) and 19.84(2). Ten-minute limit except by consent of Commission. No action will be taken on any item that is not specifically listed on the agenda.

VI.CLOSED SESSION

  1. 4.Consideration of moving into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(c) and (e) to consider employment data of individuals over whom the Commission has jurisdiction and to deliberate public business which for competitive reasons require a closed session, specifically for discussion and possible action on reviewing applicants for the Police Lieutenant position, for discussion and possible action on written test(s) for the Police Lieutenant position, and for discussion and possible action on interview questions for the Police Lieutenant position.

  1. 5.Motion to reconvene to Open Session.

  2. 6.Any action as a result of Closed Session.

  3. 7.Schedule testing dates for applicants of the Police Lieutenant position.
