1. 2.Consider amending Secs. 4.04(d) and 4.06 relating to the procedure for the adoption police department policies and amendments thereto.

1. 3.Consider amending Sec. 2.04(k) to establish timelines for agenda items and posting of Council meetings.

2. 4.Consider amending Secs. 2.05 to add alternates to all of the standing committees.

3. 5.Consider amending Sec. 7.02 the City's Official Traffic Map to add a four-way stop at Union St and W Parry St and yellow curb markings at the intersection of North & Union and North & Main Streets.

4. 6.Consider amending Sec. 12.05(b)(5) to allow Council to grant exceptions to the insurance requirements for a Special Event License.
