V.NEW BUSINESS

  1. 6.Discussion and possible action to approve the Special Event license application for the 2025 Upland Hills Family Fun Day Event.

  3. 8.Consideration of recommendation from Plan Commission to set temporary zoning for the soon to be annexed property belonging to Compeer Financial to Business Highway (B-H). 

  4. 9.Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance 2025-17: An Ordinance Annexing Territory to the City of Dodgeville, Iowa County, Wisconsin. 

VI.CLOSED SESSION

  1. 10.Consider adjourning to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. secs. 19.85(1)(a), (b), (c), and (f) for the purposes of deliberation concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before the Common Council; considering licensing of any person licensed by the Common Council; considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Common Council has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and considering social or personal histories of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories, specifically for:

         - Hearing evidence of T. Brown's rehabilitation and fitness to hold an Operator's License and related deliberations (Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(a), (b), and (f)). 

         - Discussion of performance and compensation for Assistant Director of Public Works and general staff position.
