  1. 2.Review, discussion, and possible action regarding the City of Dodgeville organizational chart, including organizational structure, reporting relationships, roles, and responsibilities

IV.NEW BUSINESS

  1. 3.Discussion and possible action to provide retention monies for the seven current non-probationary Police Officers and the Police Lieutenant in lieu of Police Chief increase.

  2. 4.Discussion and possible action to add 2 more full-time positions for assistant chief and training person.

  3. 5.Discussion and possible action on moving casual EMS positions to part-time.

  4. 6.Discussion regarding the challenges facing EMS services in the county and what a county-based system could look like.
