Change #2: The proposed zoning change would change parcel 216-1079 (36.34 Acres) north of E Spring St from R-M Residential Multi-Family District to A-G Agricultural District. Change #3: The proposed zoning change would change parcel 216-1100.30 (4.16 Acres) west of Bennett Rd from B-H Business Highway District to M-L Limited Industrial District.
