EXECUTIVE SESSION

• 3.Discussion with city attorney of the facts and litigation strategies on pending legal matters including 3DI-24-124CI, 3DI-24-117CI, 3DI-25-00029CI, ASCHR J-25-026 and other pending legal matters, pursuant to DMC 2.09.050 A.1-3 and B.2.

  2.09.050 Executive sessions.

  A.    The following subjects may be discussed in an executive session, from which the public is excluded:
