  Advice for new requests to late file:

  a. Denise and Roderick Grant- Aircraft have never been in Dillingham- remove

  b. Justin John- Aircraft never in Dillingham- remove

  c. Damon Hachiya- Missed the appeal

  Advice to taxpayers with aircraft:

  Contact the FFA and get the records corrected to show destroyed or parted out or located elsewhere
