• 1.Discuss and take action in new parish wide compactor site hours of operation

• 2.Re-appoint Jason McConathy and Jody Warren to the DeSoto Fire District #1 Board of Commissioners, serving a two year term

• 3.Re-appoint Kenny Sanchez and Chad Burford to the DeSoto Fire District #2 Board of Commissioners, serving a two year term

• 4.Re-appoint Hugh McConnell to the DeSoto Fire District #3 Board of Commissioners, serving a two year term

• 5.Re-appoint Ron Crager to the DeSoto Fire District #5 Board of Commissioners, serving a two year term.

• 6.Accept the resignation of Tommy McMellon and appoint new member to the DeSoto Fire District #5 Board of Commissioners serving a two year term

• 10.Authorize the President to sign a Resolution approving a payment in lieu of tax agreement in accordance with a term sheet; Requesting the Northwest Louisiana Finance Authority enter into said payment in Lieu of tax agreement; and providing for other matters with respect therewith

• 11.Adopt a Resolution authorizing the President to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Sheriff's Office to purchase radio communications equipment

• 12.Approve the recommendation by the DeSoto Parish Planning Commission suggesting re-implementing a moratorium for a period of six (6) months on all future subdivisions, to disallow the selling of any lots by the developer utilizing the statement, "clear title is not available on any lot until all improvements and installations have been made", as a stated condition in Part III D-3 in the DeSoto Parish Subdivision Regulations. The developer will be allowed to sell lots if one of the three remaining conditions listed in Part III Section D-1, D-2 and D-4 are met.

• 13.Authorize the President to execute the Annual Bridge Certification Resolution
