1.Consideration of Resolution No. 14 of 2026 adopting the adjusted millage rates for tax year 2026 and authorizing the President to sign the affidavit regarding the Police Jury's decision to roll forward or not roll forward millage rates in accordance with Louisiana Law.
2.Authorize the President to execute Resolution No. 15 of 2026 declaring certain immovable property as surplus and authorizing the sale thereof in accordance with Louisiana Law (Old Pelican Library)
3.Re-appoint Ernel Jones to the Library Board
4.Approve the 2026-2027 Operating Budget for the DeSoto Parish Sales and Use Tax Commission
5.Discuss appropriate action regarding nuisance abatement penalties, including discussion of possible waiver or voiding of addressed penalties (343 Maplewood Drive, Mansfield, La. 71052)
6.Accept the resignation of Ron Crager on the DeSoto Parish Fire District 5 Board of Commissioners
7.Appoint Mr. John Wheeles to the Fire District Board No. 5 Board of Commissioners serving the remaining term of Mr. Ron Crager
